But yes, compliance officers do not miss a damn thing. It's how the agency thrives, is has to gain revenue some how.

Rates went up as well from the standard minimum penalty of $7,500 per willful violation to $12,500.

With the max penalty going from like $75,500 to $150,000 per willful violation.
