EDIT: but yet give me till the 23rd tho. I'll go to jail for like a month. If an 8 plus earthquake hits between now and the end of the month in Cali my sentence is to be suspended imejiately.

I have on plenty occasions.

Lets just call this exactly what it is, you guys just want blood. If an unjustified sentence is to be bestowed upon me, I accept...only on the grounds that you admit that it is indeed....unjustified and without warrant. The disc is like a gladiator arena...people want blood...I am the entertainment for reasons that escape me at the moment...but indeed so..the entertainment. Netcees is my home....if my voice must be temporarily silenced for the sake of the boards amusement...by golly I'm up for the task, but I will not, shall not be undignified in the guise that I somehow am guilty of some crime punnishable by bannishment to the gallows of this site.

also - saying "there's going to be an earthquake somewhere" is hardly a prediction at all. there literally thousands per year. several per day even. Just most don't occur in major cities nor are they high in magnitude. but calling for a large earthquake before month is over is incredibly vague, and leaves you room to say things like "oh I was a lil off". when it's either not where you thought, or as big as you thought.

like I could call that somewhere, a black man or woman will be killed by police before the month is over. now.. that's no guarantee but the chances are high. it doesn't make me some profit or prove anything when I can predict what is already known to be very likely
