Well, as for the voting, I'm a consistent voter but I have been getting discouraged, as of late, because others who are participating are not voting, it just doesn't seem fair. I don't want to name names, but they are aware I believe or perhaps are oblivious to the needs of others. And while I can see the detriment in this mentality because if everyone adopted this, no one would vote. Nonetheless. slimmers of it remain and add that to my busy schedule it is difficult to make time to comment on others, while they don't reciprocate the favor.
