I disagree entirely. You vote for the better verse by your own standards without the context of the writers' pasts. I would rather have someone whose standard is to vote for the better verse regardless of topical correlation than someone who votes for the bigger name in any close battle.

Word. When I read that from Frank I rolled my eyes. Worst reasoning for a vote I've seen in a minute. You're better off just not saying that and saying v/whoever.

in order to keep things truly unbiased I don't even read the verses before I vote. keep my voter intuition untainted

My votes probably are more based on topic approach than anyone's. I was using that as a hypothetical. Anything is better than voting based on name.

In theory, yeah. But I've dropped two 10,000 word plus mags and none of it's been filler except that hipster superbowl thing, but I thought it was funny. Analysis has been spot on, my opinion. So if quality's equal then size matters.

Although I should include a 'Certain's Corner' type section. Those were dope.

Your magazines are good. I'm not crazy about interviews, but others like them.

Certain's Corner is a league concept. In theory, it hopefully will lead to people trying new things. Tournaments are about comfort zones for most people. You can't experiment if you can't afford to lose.
