People tend to lose interest or not show up the longer these things take. I've ran a few tournaments myself and out of 5, only 3 were successful and that's because I had to crack down on due dates for verses and votes.

He actually showed me he’s a fan of my work and has read through my extensive back catalogue, from the teddy bear usage to the no strings attached… they’re all from older verses of mine. Uni is a fan, no question.

Three whole votes on that Universe vs Objective battle is asinine. That’s the reason I hate writing shit like this, all that effort both battlers put in just to have it end 2-1 feels like such a waste. Shouts to everyone who has gone all the way through this tourney though.
