Last time I was in a fight it was against a person of color. The same one who tried to commit suicide by holding up thousands of pounds of asphalt on a leaning pallet.

He was an idiot and it was purely on some, ‘I wanna test you’ shit. I restrained him. No one was hurt. Later I tried telling him my stance on fighting as an adult; don’t do it unless you’re ready to die or kill.

Grown men should not be engaging in such childish displays of emotion, even if it is racially motivated, because while as a kid you may have a few scrapes and bruises, as an adult you and your opposite are easily capable of causing irreversible damage. It’s a life or death situation. He saw it as just pitting your manhood against someone else’s. He’s young and stupid.

The question is simple. Is racism okay against white people in a battle? Is gender or sexual orientation off limits in a battle?

Discrimation towards the color of your skin does apply to you. The color it’s directed towards isn’t the issue, it’s the hate itself.

That’s why I’d defend discrimination toward anyone that isn’t based on the content of their character.
