I know the feeling man, been struggling with it for a few years. Being awake for 48 hours and just BAM sleep for 12+ hours now and then. Be it TV Shows, books, gaming or whatever, doesn't matter as long as you don't make yourself go crazy over silly things and over react on stuff that really isn't anything at all.
