I don't have a strong opinion, other than that it looks dank and medium-rare. I mean, I guess it's more rare than it is well-done, but look at the color of the meat towards the outside of the steak. it's not THAT rare.

i am seriously leaned by the people who consider places like mortons or ruths chris to be top steakhouses, confuse bbq and grilling, own a small 22" kettle at best, and live in the city acting like they know the proper temperature of a steak
