You can't really troll on any site that down-votes posts or any site with as much activity as Misc. You simply won't get anywhere.

It's a different type of trolling.

I'd say about 50% of posts/threads are trolling on the misc.

On a bigger scale (threads, general movements within the discussion) it's a bit more subtle.

Then again you do have netcees-like trolling in the slower subsections and among known users in the main misc.
