Incorrect. You fail to recognize how malleable English is. Of isn't necessary and nazi need not be capitalized because I'm not using it formally as a reference to the third reich, but as a common noun.

Journalistic formality is not the end-all of grammar rules.

Ex: Many a man have tried to correct my grammar, only to realize that there is no singular bible of usage or syntax.

You can argue about the "of," admittedly. But you cannot argue about the capitalization of "Nazi" or "Third Reich." "Nazi" only exists as a proper noun.

Also incorrect, though you're right that I should've capsed Third Reich. Nazi does exist as a word to describe someone who is authoritarian or imposes their views on others, similar to how the Bible should be capsed but bible can also be loosely used to describe an authoritative manual on something.

Let's just agree that English is a fluid, creative language that is at its best when it's flexible. But in order to break the rules effectively you have to know them first.

We had the same thought on OK Go. I don't even like OK Go, but that video is so fucking good.
