@Rawn MD , they check credit at every single apartment here as well. the way I got around it in the past, when my credit score sucked, was to offer to pay two months security instead of one. that usually works.

are you trying to get a place in a complex or a privately owned home>?

Rawn if you talk to the manager and tell them you're willing to put a few months rent down that could change their mind. Otherwise get a consigner or look for a smaller landlord that won't check credit history.

depending on credit score, IF u can even get in...
