Go for it.

It's all about what you want to get out of your training. Starting Strength is purely for strength, nothing but strength. It's a great program to create a strength base. But if you want to cut some weight, add some cardio. There's always a tradeoff, though. You'll eventually stop your strength gains because of loss of weight. You just have to know what you want to prioritize.

If your goal is to cut weight while still strength training then add some cardio. There's no rule saying you can't do cardio w/ SS. It goes against the point of SS but if your goals aren't just pure strength it's fine bruh bruh.

Some people advocate bulking w/ SS for a long period, until your linear gains stop. That makes sense but the bitches don't understand that. You can't spit game and say you're bulking. They don't understand that word, women are dumb. GET CUT AND FUCK ALL THE SLOOTS BAGATONIOUS.

im just waking up like a plebian

didnt crash out till like 5-6 am, wanted to sleep all day and stay up till sunday night so i could sleep right before work for monday

but word

i plan on getting stoned. maybe going up to the store cuz im out of soda and want something to munch on. but im pretty broke with rent coming up so i might not.

downloading house of cards but its taking forever and pissing me off. i could watch it on netflix right now but i'd rather burn it and watch it on my tv since it feels more EVENTFUL that way

will probably end up playing some total war game while listening to podcasts when the boredom sets in

maybe try and make a beat if i feel like digging for some old music/something to sample

Bags I run 3 miles at 18 minutes. I suggest you do the same, the military did a comprehensive study and those who ran every other day, or even 3x/wk three miles really fast were in better shape than those who ran more or less than 3m, or those who ran more frequently in general. The army lives and breathes the shit so they know what they're talking about. I'm personally in the best shape of my life due to it. It's NOT FOR PUSSIES
