Battletoads vs. Double Dragon gets an honorable mention, as does pretty much every single Mario game.

fuck yeah, Ninja Turtles and Twisted Metal 2 were dope as fuck. killed a lot of hours on those games as a youngster.

Battletoads was hard as fuck, never got past the third level. Other games I struggled with: Ghosts'n'Goblins and Turtles. Never got around to Contra and Megaman. But I really want to get a hold of these games as I only borrowed them, or played them at my cousins house as a kid. My personal record for Super Mario 1 is a flawless speedrun of 6 minutes and a few seconds, it's fair to say that shit was too easy. I want to get back in the heat with games that didn't come with any other difficulty settings than HARD AS FUCK.

@Objective yeah 8 was one of the weirdest of the series for mechanics. Only way to power level is to not level at all until you get ***tuar. Goes against everything you're used to in the genre.

ff7 was the best final fantasy of all time

i never got past the first disc on final fantasy 9. like the first time i got to the world map, it was after some hunt in the city and shit and then your off to go do your thing. i remember those dragon things, in random battles in the world map would just murk the fuck out of me and i couldnt level/didnt level enough prior to having to venture into the world map

I actually have a few bootleg systems, some work well, some have issues. The best thing to do is use an emulator program and play the games on your pc, tablet, laptop, etc. Also emulators and roms work well on Ouya system.

If you buy one of those systems, you will still have to buy the actual games and some of them shits can sell for $100+ if they are rare now. You can download shit for free. I built my shit up on a micro pc and run it to my tv, I can play the games with my PS3 controller. That's the way to go.
