Very simple recipe with amazing results. The only bitch of it is rendering the stock down then rendering the sauce down for thickness. If you know your way around a kitchen it shouldn't be too big a problem other than the waiting game. Sry was rushing to type that message before laptop died. My logic was that since my piece was the only one from that month with a long enough lasting appeal to be discussed in the 'topical of the year' category it would only seem logical that it would be the most worthy candidate for induction. People were lazy that month and the panel never got their votes in. Having troubles getting a vote together is a poor excuse for realsies

na doesn't matter tho i used to wake up 3:30 am weekends to skate with the big boys from when I was a wee lad, every weekend sat+sun 2-4 hrs morning ice time. Played on the most boss travel teams in the NYC area, then prep school then juniors...wassup
