It's good & bad

I can eat whatever I want, whenever I want & not worry about the repercussions

I can get super shredded in like 8-10 weeks without following a strict diet

But the strength gains come really slow & I know I'll never have any sort of mass, other than my biceps which are just genetic

Ghost1 11-07-2013 10:27 PM

I said it as a half mock to myself because yoga is soft

But yo....i think it would hype my fuck game up...

Neighbor 11-07-2013 10:27 PM

Do heat yoga

That shit is intense

If by "weight belt" you mean a brace belt, yes, for heavy deads, squats, and overhead presses. 1RMs only, really. It can prevent a herniated disk (snap city) and I don't care what some faggot 18 year old fresh off of bodybuilding.com says about it (just to get that out of the way).

PancakeBrah 11-07-2013 10:52 PM

Word.

It is beneficial to NOT use a weight belt if you know you don't need to. But if you're going all out on a heavy dead or squat, use it.

Fig 11-07-2013 10:58 PM

I want squat maxes out on the table, right now

I got legs like jack from tekken
