5 Guys is my favorite burger joint.

The extra cost is well worth it.

i heard 5 guys was supposed to be like the east coast equivalent to in-n-out fore it branched out. one moved in round my area in cali but i didnt get a chance to go fore i left. in-n-out > all mainstream burger places for me tho. of course there's always that lil burger joint in ur city that u thinks got the best burgers/fries/etc in the world tho.

Pretty much all the burger places are expensive as shit now. 5 Guys is good - I agree that they've give you more than enough food for your buck. The little fries are like a mcdonalds large and I dont even think 5 guys HAS a single burger.

But best fries ever is an overstatement. I like their burgers, but their fries are kinda average tbh

Checkers used to have the best fries, but I think they switched their recipe. That or the checkers up in Maryland just suck compared to the ones in Florida

See five guys use to be local.... Their was maybe 20 of them from PA to Virginia

I haven't eaten their is like maybe almost 2 years and they just put a new one close to my house, but theirs one right over the md line in westminster that's been their over a decade and their shit was john blaze ... Last time I ate their it was amazing

There's a lot of them throughout MD. I didn't have it for the first time until about 1 or 2 years ago, because when I was living in Florida - they didnt pop up until about 2007ish and I had just never tried it. I like their burgers a lot more than their fries

Are their fries still fresh potato cuts ? Like were some of them still have the skin on them and do they still offer the vinegar ... That combo is what I think makes them amazing, just enough salt , fresh cuts and the vinegar mixture

@Answer I use to be in MD but had five guys for the first time in Virginia while working and the dude had a sign that said the original five guys and we asked and he said this was the first one and then gave us a small back story and told us they may be going nationwide in a few years etc etc

It was amazing then but I'm curious as to see if it till holds up
