VAR is good per se. its implementation is a bit wonky.

VAR is new, it'll take a bit of tweaking.

What team should I begin to follow? Any time I’ve played FIFA, I’ve always picked Brazil, based on principle. I think they were good at one point back in the day. Haven’t followed soccer in many many many years tho, so don’t know who’s good anymore.
