Not so keen on this one in truth, I get it, just felt it needed something more to make it a zinger or some wordplay to add some creativity. As it was it was quite a statementish observation, it needed another element of either clowning or wordplay or hyperbole to make the line pop

This was actually close... I do think Muff edged it, tho if I'm being fair here. Body's got the mechanic's down which him and I have discussed - I'm just not a fan of his executions the majority of the time. Conceptually he's straight - I just think he flops on the execution.

Okay, so in summary I think both started off stronger than they closed it out. That's apparent off bat. I do think Muff got it though after breaking both verses down, he had the funnier clowning and more creative angles that worked where Body was losing me toward the end with the Troll/Rainbow Bright lines that I felt needed some more ZING to then to make them standout. It's definitely closer than it looks, though, it's no robbery to say either won even if I have Muff edging that one after breaking it down bar for bar, he shouldn't be mad that Bodysnatcher got it, BS is a lot better than Muff giving him credit for ITT

Nah, you good, that's how I scored it as well pretty much. Muff in a very close one with the slight edge, no robbery though, mainly due to his wording being sloppy and rushed. He made this close himself by not putting full effort in.

Yo I just saw this thread, Damn didn't want it to turn into this at all....I don't want to be remembered as the mod that robbed or didn't rob muff of a roast win. Just trying to learn shit, get better, and keep this craft/art of text going. Its an interesting outlet and its a positive one.
