Besides St. Joseph, MO a few years ago we haven't had any that were too horrible. We had flash floods a couple weeks ago before Harvey hit TX.

But in the last month we've had 2 thunderstorms that were almost as big as the entire US and now about to have a 3rd hurricane. It's just crazy.

And I believe it's only until the eye makes landfall I'm not sure.

Anyway. Should be fun

I read Harvey was a 4 when it hit land, but it died to a 3 by the time it got to Houston

Was thinking this.
Haarp in full effect leading to fema camps becoming highly populated. Seems like the quickest way to shut the people down and land them in the camps without it seeming like a forced hand. Not to mention the tornados and "wild fires" that been tearing through the middle east and weat coast areas.

Makes you wonder.

You in MO? I live in Kansas City. We might be the "midwest" but we're looking pretty good right now.

Good luck my down south / east coast fellas. Stay strong.

uh-oh 09-06-2017 07:57 PM

where i'm at in ohio its next to impossible for a tornado to form/touch down

they hit in the flatlands/farms and shit on the outskirts of the county basically, they sort of need the right conditions to get going and sustain to become the tornado's that WRECK shit.

we get the same "storms" though that produce them, crazy hail damage, thunderstorms/high winds, trees and branches and shit falling, just not the actual, up to 300 mph tornado winds

also those crazy storms are pretty rare, it STORMS like twice a year.

but we got WINTER THOUGH. but i enjoy a winter storm, as long as im not driving DURING it, where you got like 20 yards of visibility TOPS. just a white out, cars doing 10 mph and sliding everywhere

but once the snow storm passes its plows and salt and fine.

ohio>
