lmao nah it was nothing to do with being fat or lazy, prob worked it too hard at the gym lifting

it was something to do with a disc in my back trapping/pushing on a nerve that lead to the top of the leg

had to leave off it for a couple weeks is all

Idk what my body fat percent is, but it is greater than 10 because my abs don't just shred. I am ok with that by the way. I don't have a belly.

@Calisthenics.... adopt my "nickels and dimes" workout and talk ish then. do one set of 5 pullups then 5 dips then 10 pushups in a circuit. Then do that 20 times. Let me know cuz.

I superset pull ups an dips w bench an rows on chest an back day I'm doin now

Not 20 sets tho....lol....sounds stupid....why not just do them weighted an do less?

Good answer. Then trust me on this: Exercise is just as much mental as physical. When you think you are done, you are only at 40 percent. Keep pushing. do calisthenics, yoga, tai chi too.
