its part of the reason why i drink 4 cups of coffee in 1 giant plastic cup in the morning, and 2, 5 hour energies instead of 1. im not sure if they do anything at all. im still in a perpetual state of exhaustion from being a piece of shit on the reg i like coffee in the morning tho, i smoke a ton of cigs and have a sore/dry throat and shit in the am. so a hot drink in the morning soothes it. but as far as needing it energy wise i don't. i can drink coffee and go to sleep. thats prolly just DEPRESSION THO SUP |

I stopped drinking coffee for awhile. Not purposefully. I just kind of forget to drink it, I guess. Lasted for a few months. Then I remembered I drink coffee. Drank a few cups and was absolutely wired. A little jittery, like some people have said. That lasted a few days. Then my tolerance returned and I can drink coffee @ 8 P.M. and fall asleep a few hours later. Try going a couple of weeks without coffee or energy drinks then jump back in. You'll see it's not a placebo effect. Although with your level of consumption you might experience withdrawals and once you return your body will just return to the state it's used to. |

When I do workout, I will be a bit more liberal with what goes in my coffee, just depends on what kind of coffee I make. Kona coffee gets honey crystals, Mexican coffee gets some brown sugar and cinnamon, etc. |

from when I wake up (9-10am) until I feel like I need to eat, usually in the 4pm-6pm range. I feel really good about it tbh, always feel alert, productive and with a proper amount of energy. I recommend trying it out.
