Mudf00t came to RhymeNReason in 2002 and got beat three or four times, then went back to RapBattles to fill out his record more. He was like 400-15, but 350 of those wins were against newbies.

But also, Sankofa was like 1995-98, whereas Mudf00t was 1999-2003. I doubt that his stuff from that era would hold up that well, like @sraL's favorite Sordswinga. But he was considered the best in the days when other top guys included Deacon the Villain, Kno and Jugga the Bully.

I don't listen to him because of the voice and the delivery, but the lyrics are pretty respectable.

anyway, this dude named Multi, who was regarded (as I recall) as one of the GOATs of the AOL chat room era, fell off the map abruptly because he was Sacario and got signed/had moderate success. idk, this is piecemeal from my memories of a long time ago, so yeah, anyone know of this or am I just full of shit?

I liked that song, even though it's kind of terrible. But yeah, if you listen, Sacario is using rhyme schemes a little more complex than the typical mainstream rapper of that era, and it wouldn't surprise me if he had some experience with text rap (though I'm not saying that's the only reason).

So Sankofa or w/e is the answer?
