Have you tried to have a conversation about the rushing thoughts etc. on GOOD mdma? It helped me relax and be more content with the conclusions to my racing thoughts so they ain't as intense as they used to be. I needed 3-4 months of CBT with a therapist to reach the same state when I was going through some existential crisis.
I'm a calmer person after CBT, and I'm a much calmer after emma. Unless you're doing E you shouldn't come into a crazy party/dance mood. You might really want to connect/talk to people though, but if you're having a conversation about yourself with someone you trust and knows you it might be therapeutic as hell, and might make your next LSD trip ''normal'' (if such a thing exists) if you keep in mind the lessons you learned from MDMA? I don't know, just a thought.
I haven't tried much tho', but ye, after what I've heard about different drugs etc. I'm pretty sure MDMA is my drug of choice as long as the quality is great.
