I mainly use my X and just test android stuff when I need to on the pixel. It’s an awesome phone and at this point they’re all the same and apple just feels so well integrated. Not really interested in being over the top customizable anymore, but we’ll see if I’ll get the itch for it again

Aren’t you on a ddr3 based system? Upgrade to 64. If you’re gonna use it for music you could downgrade the 980ti too sell it and buy ram and ssds for music on that machine

What problems did you have with the g6? I havent run into any but im not a phone guy so unless its something obvious it probably wouldnt affect me

Mac is great for any media editing
PC stomps mac in everything else including price

I upgrade my android about every 3 years on average and I'm offended by this. Aside from various black market downloads and a ton of apps running simultaneously, its fully customizable. Its basically PC idk maybe you had a weird off brand phone cause I wont hear any talk of a galaxy not being trustworthy

GPS went in and out while driving in populated areas, would think I was 50 yards away from where I was. Screen burn problems if I was on YouTube. Bad UI. Fast charge was finicky.

Other then them accusing apple of ripping their technology when they were the ones ripping apples technology, eh? LOL

Samsung is trash.

Apple > Samsung.

ON some real shit, Apple music is pissing me off. It's very rare but now this is the 2nd time I've been looking for a certain song that I can't find.

Never mind, finally found it. So only 1 time, it's occurred out of the thousands of tracks lol.

Apple > Samsung.

Imagine having all that apple technology, fully unlocked, without compromising your warranty. The only argument for apple is the camera after that it's a landslide victory for samsung.

Samsung is awful with their bloatware. Never had as much as I did on my S6. Also their tech is trash tbh, but hardware wise they have great phones. Just need to root them and go as stock as possible.

touchwiz eliminated the majority of the bloat in the s7.

lol @ their "tech" is trash. they invented amoled screens and mainstream adoption of 21:9 format ffs.

don't bother responding. i don't feel like doing anything but laughing at you today.

I just said hardware good, software bad

You respond by saying NO THEIR HARDWARE IS NOT BAD

Why do you go so out of your way trying to start an argument with me?

Sorry you must also have a degree in electrical engineering and computer science so you know everything about this subject to. Stop being such a faggot.

~RustyGunZ~ 06-05-2018 05:30 PM

That is good they killed some bloatware with the newer phones though

~RustyGunZ~ 06-05-2018 08:14 PM

@Diode you’re a pussy and you’re not half as amazing or intelligent as you think you are. Lmao @ closing threads like a bitch
@Warthog for advice on how diode should proceed in using admin powers to ignore bulliez

word you mightve just had a shittilly made one or something. that said i've only used the gps/google maps a few times

my phone usage mainly consists of using it as a phone to call and text obviously lol, but the majority of the time i'm just watching youtube vids or checking twitter/news on my lunchbreak, so its been solid for me. since its waterproof too i throw on podcasts and shit while i shower and shave my noggin as well

i've never had a problem with any phone though, im assuming i've just been lucky i guess, i thought most android hate came from people like amen who have 0 experience with them

Same issues my sister had with the g5 so I decided to just stay away from LG

Amen 06-05-2018 08:41 PM

So you beef with @Diode in another thread and still have to type my name bro?

Lol shitty third party adware apps on android though. And the 'only' argument for Apple is it has an edge on everything across the board as far as components, some marginal, but a landlside in the chipset/CPU. Samsung/Google literally have to add 2-3GB more of RAM to come close to the benchmarks of even an iPhone 7+..

Without being a person who sides with one or the other can it be explained logically?

Ive messed with macs and pcs, never had an iphone tho but there is the misconception of it being because its a price thing which never made sense to me, but i usually always get the stupid expensive android. It was never a non conformist type thing tho on some fuck iphones it was just at the time the note had a giant screen, so i stayed with those a few generations. Then i got the LG because it came with a free 49" tv and a google home lol

But word is it just preference or is there actual specs and shit that make one better

Cuz i look at like 2800 dollar macs that are 2 generations behind in everything but somehow theyre perceived as workhorses that shit on everything. But lets say its all equal, like you build a pc for 1300 with the same everything

Is the apple product better or is it just marketing and our desire to be part of a team

I do like a Mac, used one at work every day to separate graphic art work design which just means j had to fix, change/alter graphics etc and it definitely seemed a lot more easier and faster on a Mac as opposed to my PC but my PC isn't top end any more either. But I hear a lot of people say they like Macs over PC for audio engineering and graphic work.
