I'll check the vid later. The problem I have with new country is their obnoxious overly southern accents. I live in Mississippi and have met maybe four people who've had accents as bad as country singers. It kinda makes a mockery of the whole genre imo.

It's like any genre… I'd be lying if I said I didn't like the pop songs that come on the radio, but obviously I prefer other artists.

With country, I like the popular shit because its catchy and whatever.. but there's plenty of acts out there still making real music at the same time.

Zac Brown is a very good modern country artist. I was trying to think of another but couldn't think of one lol. But yeah you're right about it being the same in other genres. I guess I really just hate it because I live down here and it makes me look like a stereotype nawmsayin?
