lol some of u guys squat game is trash

im 170 but i can squat 300 on any day. i can step back in the gym and do it after a six month hiatus.

my bench game low, havent maxed out but last i hit was about 215, need to get back on my bench game

and i've been able to deadlift low 400s more than once

if i get back on my bicep-tricep game, i can be bicep god again

DLB you should get a camera and tape yourself squatting 400 right now, no warm-up sets, no spotter, fuck that noise. Then jerk yourself off into a coma to said video, because no one will ever conform to the massively high standards you relentlessly fabricate around your ePersona

No. If it's internal, you may have overexerted the tendons connecting the two. A lot of first timers do this when they curl too much. I doubt you are a first timer, so.. ease up on the reps, eh?

If external, you hyperextended your arm. Rest.

here was my leg day. week one of the usual 5/3/1 but i have switched up my maintenance from triumverate to less boring but big, which uses oly maintenance work on secondary muscles for whatever the main lift is that day. it does maintain at least one normal maintenance exercise though which is nice and keeps things fresh.

even with good form imo ... unless u can break it down for me step by step? Stick your ass out, sit in a chair or slightly further down, knees never past the toes, come up using leg strength. that's my general outline when i was doing em

you can go more than 90 degrees i believe, better on your knees that way, your legs are built to push across your full ROM
