focus more on actualising as a well-rounded (no pun intended) human being, rather than your esteem in this haggard 'community' which one of us breathes, and the other rarely frequents.

you have a wife and child, no? look after them. this shit ain't that serious, bro.

btw he is more talented but i am pretty good. i've bedded at least 3 women with poetry. that's lothario shit. savage.

They DO limit the risk of spreading... your anecdotal mother in law is an exception, not the norm... the vaccines reduce the risk of death to nearly zero and hospitalization to a negligible percent... if people are getting less sick, for less time, that will naturally reduce transmission windows... it's also possible she contracted the virus before the vaccine had enough time to boost her immune system... I could pull up numbers and data to show you what I mean, but I don't care enough to dig up the medical journals and you probably don't care enough to read them

It's not ineffective because it doesn't immediately make you bulletproof... ask your primary care physician if you have questions on how it works, how safe they are to take, if there will be any complications with your known allergies, etc... I'm sure they'll be happy to answer your concerns

The vaccines do reduce the risk of contracting the virus. I haven’t done any research to either confirm nor deny that they make it less likely for hospitalizations or severe cases if you do contract covid.

Which vaccine did she receive?
First dose or second dose?
If applicable, What was the date of her second dose, or if the one-shot j&j vaccine what was the date of her only dose?
What date did she get covid?
How was she diagnosed with covid? (Rapid testing, pcr, self-diagnosed)
How many times did she test positive for covid? (Not including any times she may have tested positive before the vaccine)
What were her symptoms?

Was your father vaccinated?
If yes, the same 6 questions

Literally all of these questions need to be answered before you can even claim that you have anecdotal evidence, which is still just the rare case that is inevitably going to happen when the vaccine is 90-95% effective. That 5-10% is going to play a bigger role when you’re referring to over 100 million people

Amen 04-25-2021 11:18 AM

I’m good.

And no, she did not have the virus a month ago as she was tested days prior to receiving her vaccine for work.

Surprise, antivaxxers are confronted with providing evidence, and they have nothing to offer

Amen 04-25-2021 09:03 PM

That wasn’t directed at you.

It was for the comment regarding me discussing how “safe” vaccines are with a doctor before yours, idiot.

veritas 04-25-2021 11:21 PM

No for me. No vaccine.

Medical professionals are also still uninformed.

There are way to many questions with no answers because of time.

Chronic S/E’s for one?

We already know there are minimal acute S/E’s.... Only time will tell.

I am Legend will become real life, lol.

Answer 04-27-2021 11:49 AM

Amen confirmed more informed than the medical professionals and scientists, thinks will smith is a zombie-slaying virologist

Second did

Ouch 04-27-2021 07:12 PM

Yeah I dunno, my parents and wife got theirs before I did... and 94 year old grandma etc and they had no side effects.

Haven’t turned into ancient alien reptilians yet... although I question my grandma sometimes when I see her skin.

But yeah I just figure it can’t hurt... it’s been long enough that if there were any major crazy side issues it’d be all over the news, and it’s not.

So when I noticed or heard my age group in Michigan could now get it I signed up. Honestly I wasn’t shaking in my boots waiting for the day I could get it hiding in my closet.

For the most part I did everything I did before, except I always wore a mask, had hand sanitizer in my car which I usually remembered to use.. and washed my hands when I came home if I remembered.

I just don’t get what the fear of the shot is. It’s been given out long enough to show it’s not going to hurt you, and even if you feel like it won’t really do shit... or Mann I’m so young and tough carona wouldn’t phase me type thing... why not just get it

If you were doing better, you wouldn’t be wasting your time on there, pal.

But love the childish response. I believe it.

Ouch 04-27-2021 09:55 PM

Who’s doing better than whom and what that means A) it’s all relative B) who really cares unless it’s specific to an arguememt that ya posting about.

Coop 05-07-2021 01:29 AM

Stupid thread is stupid

Ouch 05-07-2021 02:16 AM

I did t read it all.. I know people of all age groups... my moms close to 70. My dads 71... my grandma is legit 94 and mows her lawn in queens with a push mower I shit yeah you not, she’s a rare breed. She’s got the money to pay someone to do her tiny yard gangster does it herself.

Since my grandpa died, the VA paid for half of her car a RAV 4.... my birthday was on March 4th didn’t answer and she sang happy birthday dear Jay... was nice and she’s 94

Ouch 05-07-2021 02:18 AM

Ouch 05-07-2021 02:20 AM

Destroyer 05-07-2021 07:34 AM

Aero 05-07-2021 08:21 AM

@Answer add me to Team Pfizer wtf... Racist piece of shit.

Ouch 05-09-2021 06:24 PM

Just an update, I got my second shot on Friday... it’s Sunday. Pfizer. Felt fine the first 2 days I sweated through 2 T shirts/underwear last night though and have felt flu ish all day today. Not horrible but bad... but fever/chill/body aches.

I feel better now than I did when I woke up... could be unrelated but I doubt it.
