rg3 is miles ahead of lamar as far as passing. but lamar is gonna be the top QB in fantasy just cuz he's gonna run for 1000 yards and like 27 td's and throw for like 2000 yards and 15 tds

I actually think he'll be an ok passer bro. I don't think he'll ever be a truly good passer, but as long as he can extend the play I like his throws on the run. He's probably like the 6th QB I'd draft though.

How often have they been using Trace mcsorley as a gadget guy? I figure he'll play some RB, maybe throw a TD pass to Lamar, but he's really an awful qb, just athletic ala Taysom Hill

They've only used him as a QB. I think the taysom hill talk was smokescreens. He's too little and slow to be anything other than a 3rdbstring QB. He balled out in the 3rd preseason game tho so he can run the offense if needed. Not gonna beat out rg3 but I think they just wanted another mobile guy in the mix

As far as Lamar he can make some throws for sure. But when teams copy the chargers game plan from the playoffs he's dead in the water

He couldn't do shit as a passer until the game was in prevent zone mode. Just letting him have everything underneath to kill time because they were so far ahead.

He's made 0 progression from what I've seen in the preseason as a passer
