Jack also played the more comidy joker role from say the adam west days. Ledger was joker from the dark knight era of batman. Much more maniacle and twisted. Darker. Obv. They both performed well. Jack still one of my all time fav actors but ledger hands down was more amazing

simply for the fact i watched the batman with nicholson as a kid because kids like super hero nonsense, and i didn't watch the ledger one because im not a faggot who watches batman as an adult
