I don't doubt the statistics, what I do doubt is that if black people didn't exist, those statistics would also cease to exist, because there would still be under privileged people, just a different colour. And as you brought up Ireland, I can speak for Northern Ireland and inform you we have very very few black people, but we have a quite large demographic which is vastly unemployed, on government handouts, the same people who commit most of the crime.
