I broke down last week, bought and smoked a whole pack.

I'd been off them for years.

I chew about 4 pieces of nicotine gum a day. This was working until my moment of weakness last week.

I dare not buy another pack though; I'd definitely start up again. I'm on thin ice now as it is.
