I have no idea what dancake is talking about

obv people live in small towns otherwise it wouldn't be a town dickhead.

I was asking WHY people favour large cities instead of beautiful more secluded areas where hipsters such as dancake don't reside and study an arts degree.

Natural beauty is low down on most peoples list of desires, unfortunately.

Not that the people are to blame, we live in a world where your lifestyle and status is dictated by your bank account, ideas like appreciating the world we are part of are pushed aside in the struggle for survival.

Did I say that? No, stop sinking to their level on brainless banter and engage in a discussion.

Why the city over the beauty?

Besides from jobs/born there so dont know better

you possess the answer you're looking for. we are all one. Go Swans.

but in general, cities not only have more jobs and opportunities, they're more dynamic in general. I'm living in a city for the first time (spent 3 months in Manhattan but hardly consider that "living" there), and I agree with your sentiments, but I can see the appeal of a place that has so much of everything. It's just easier/has more options. But yeah, 80% of America lives in city districts, mostly because of job opportunities (specifically, the type of jobs in rural areas are not only limited, they're diminishing on the whole).

Why aren't you a fan of the AFL?

This shit is moronic

Cool bruh....u like earth. Its super beautiful. Grate. Loser

Why do sum people like choclate an sum like vanilla??

Its cute how u lead the reader towards ur personal oppinion...an yet try to maintain that this is solely a biased question up for intelligent discussion.

Ur literally asking why people d9nt think like you

I cant even detail in words how fucking stupid this thread is in a way that would do ur simple minded perspectives justice.

Uve already barred out the obvious....jobs...convenience....family...obligati on...etc....so now u ARE ASKING US WHY PEOPLE HAVE PARTICULAR PREFERENCES IN L8VING ENVIRONMENT

WHY DOES JOHN LIKE BOOBERRY INSTEAD OF COUNT CHOCULA U FUCKING ABOROGINEE

And then finally....uve swayed the reader to belive that SOMEHOW in this absurdly idiotic universe that entertained this train kf thought.....the country of inhabitants is relevant....cuz all merkans live in duh big citee killing mother nature w cheezeburgers ....rest of the world lives in gods paradise galloping around on clouds appreciating trees an.....yea....o dont even care ne more either.

QUITE THE EPIPHANY HERE THO MOTHER GAEIA HAS A TREE BONER FOR U TO SUCK ON CAPTAIN FAGIT.

Stupid fukin toddler brain

I live right in between the "city" and "country" an love it tbh. Plenty of restaurants and stores for anything I need or want an plenty of scenery if I just wanna go for a cruise or take the kids to the park. I couldn't live in the middle of a city I enjoy having open space and yards too much. Its nice being ably to always meet new ppl an shit yet still being able to recognize a lot of ppl too. I like the mix, all country is too boring and all city there's no personal touch or feel to it.
just my 2 cents

lol i have said this and regretted it after spending time in rural places

the country disorients me idk. seeing stars in the sky is nice. driving 20 minutes to buy cigarettes and beef jerky at 2am is not

small towns like where everybody knows everybody? sounds like high school but in life, no thanks

Masaii 10-04-2014 01:48 AM

do people actually read bags posts anymore? Keep typing walls, ill keep scrolling.
@oats @YDK

40 mins out of city sounds nice, can you see the stars in the sky or is it still polluted by light?

and oats not a fan of the afl, theyre great athletes but I just dont enjoy watching it, its really boring for me and the tackling isnt to hurt its more strategic, swinging them around etc.....just not a fan :/

oats 10-04-2014 01:50 AM

zero pollution, a clear sky and you can see it all. Honolulu isn't a major pollutant type of city, and most of it is blown across the ocean eventually. No noise or light pollution cuz I'm separated by a big mountain range.
