and word to all you were saying. I used to have the mpd32 midi controller but all those just use software still. I want an mpc lol. I want to do it all in the machine from chopping to programming to sequencing to even mixing

they got the mpc studio for 400 but im gonna get the renaissance for 1000 when I can. has everything the classic mpcs have with the connectivity of the modern world. easy to track everything out and etc

just want that shit yo. people try and get me to get a maschine instead and other shit but ive wanted an mpc since forever

ive had keyboards too. but im wack at the keys. can play simple basslines and simple like piano chords

aight wordddd this is dope. while i was waiting on the beat to drop i wasnt too interested and almost clicked out but word i dig it. talented for sure. this is firmly in the realm of instrumental music, like made to be a standalone piece

my main problem when making beats is i get caught between the world of making something dope to listen to, and something a rapper can rap on, so i get stuck between the two and kind of fail both ways. if that makes sense? like they're too busy/change to much for rappers to want to rap on them, but not busy enough/dont change enough to stand alone i dunno

but word that was pretty dope.

I know what you mean. Imo it's fuck tying yourself down to the restraints of molding it for someone else. Unless they paying you, then do whatever. Just for me, I'd make em as liquid as possible.

downloaded and half listened to the whole shit

most the beats seem unfinished/unpolished

i like that sometimes, other times, no

it works for and against shit on alot of these beats

on a general note, you can make some liive beats nigga, just seems like you aint all the way committed with the shit...thats what i get from listening anyway

was def worth the listen though so word,

will spin it again sometime with a more attentive ear
