Just started 12 hour shifts this week. 4 days on / 4 days off. 2-3 hours everyday during work for lunch / PT. Working out pretty good so far.

I worked out for like 3 minutes @big baby and did some laundry. Cleaned the kitchen. Made some scrambled eggs and toast. Flirted with some bitches via text.

Unproductive.

This bread has oats in it, I think. Tastes like cardboard and barley. No butter. Ate some grilled corn on the cob for lunch but a big piece of sausage too. Now I'll probably play video games for 2 hours.
