Really? You think SOM will be good? Idk man. I mean it's a FPS rpg right? So it's going to be Elder Scrolls-ish with LOTR pathos. It all depends on who the developer is bc tbh..nearly every LOTR game sans LEGO titles have been a huge letdown. If Bethesda was making it I would be super excited but idk. My main concern is gameplay hours. If it's anything less than 150 hrs idk. It has to be good enough to distract me until. the new Dragon Age and Witcher 3 come out.

See that's why I'm suspect ab the new LOTR. I love open world fps but if they focus too much on how it looks graphically and don't have any meat and potatoes I'm going to be pissed. Dragon Age and Witcher 3 present huge competition for any LOTR. Not to mention Elder Scrolls Online. They need to be innovative. The gameplay hrs need to be deep.The story needs to be richband compelling. Graphics don't mean shit on next gen. Graphical improvement is an automatic expectation.

risen 1 was dope it was one of them hard rpg's where u get lost easy as fuck and they dont hold ur hand thru the misisons but part 2 n 3 is ass cheeks.

preciate it and yeah bro its like a mixture of them. I am a huge fan of rust but thought a water world type event would be a dope survival aspect. I have it where you got to craft gear to breathe underwater but if you hurt it attracts the shark n shit and there's other shit that will kill u quickly under there. Plus theres sunken cities ship wrecks all types of shit under the water. and plus theres shit on the small islands . plus a weather and day and night system. so storms happen at sea as well.

If it's anything like AC Black Flag I will be pleased.

Pls tell me there's a plot :( I love survival games as much as the next guy but I like a little depth as far as characters and story go. If not its not a big deal and wouldn't take away from the unique-mess of the game. Even though there's elements that you've adopted, the open WATER world is a new and intruiging idea on its own.

I've always hated water levels but this sounds dope af.

I see space survivals in the future. Space rocket breaks down mid air. Stay on the craft and slowly die. Or use resources to make it to the closest planet. Who knows what's in store

Survival games are my favorite. The Evil Within is the game I'm most excited ab tbh.

I still don't know what to think ab Alien: Isolation. Survival horror games are my favorite genre.
