I marinaded the skirt steak with garlic, adobo and Italian dressing
The chicken had honey, whiskey, garlic, adobo and soy sauce Ribs had a BBQ special sauce I did which was fire Mushrooms had wine and garlic butter Asparagus had BBQ sauce with garlic powder Fuck with a nigga dawg |

annd next time you do up a steak marinade use a nice dark beer for the base of your marinade, shit is the gooods. another good one for ribs is a bit of genuine draft root beer. makes em fall of the bone n melt in your mouth |

@Innovator i normally like to use ricards red tbh.. shits got a goooood flavor w/ a decent cut of steak.
and the best way to marinade is a big zip loc bag, beer.. w/e spices you like, lemon juice, garlic, worchester sauce, soy sauce and some tequila habanaro bbq sauce. little bit of stone mil granulated mustard.. pretty much whatever u think will go good with it. |

whats with beer/whiskey in food
is it a flavor thing? cuz the alcohol gets burnt out of it right? just curious about it cuz i never ate shit with a whiskey/beer base before |
