Everyone is dumb, but some are also smart. Life goes on.
|
Does it matter how many kids people have, really?
Let the dumbs breed, they probably have little else to do other than headbutting inanimate objects...I couldn't care less whether they have 1 child or 100....the world's full of dumbasses and I fully expect there to be more and more as the years go on, so fuck it, this is inevitable anyways....let them fuck in peace. |

Do you mean everyone has the capacity to do or say dumb things? |

Both in which I'd obliterate you in.

Why do you want me to feel dumb? |

Few things here with this thread, though: 1.) Book smarts aren't the only kind of smarts that exist. There are many forms of intelligence, a lot of which get you much further in life than book smarts. Book smarts are overrated. Social intelligence is the undisputed champion right now. Being able to influence people and build long lasting relationships/networking with various important figures or those that can get you further in life is much more essential than being able to score a little higher on a test or have slightly more off-hand knowledge about something. 2.) Two dumb people don't always make dumb offspring. Dumb people can have smart kids and smart people can have dumb kids. Another thing to consider is that perhaps the dumb people weren't that dumb after all and just didn't focus enough. Whether it be lack of care or not, who knows. It's even debatable whether not caring or not trying is dumb in that of itself. |
Nifty response @Beyond.
|
I didn't say those traits were bad, just that it's problematic when they're paired with 'dumb'.
|
I fucking love @Beyond right now
I try to explain this to these mla format faggots on here that seem to equate grammar with intelligence Hilarious. I write complete sentences but cant get ahead in liffe wahhhhhhh Hahaha Fkn misguided loserrs |
There are certainly different types of intelligence, but I still stand behind my statement.
People with street smarts don't have kids they don't want or can't afford to look after any more than people with book smarts. Actually, the very act of having a kid you don't want or can't afford to look after precludes you from claiming any kind of intelligence. |
Dom, MCD from RWs said what's up and that he misses you. I am too lazy to link the post from RW.

Also being able to influence people is valuable, but if you want to influence the right people then you better be well read. I don't care how good of a bullshitter you are, if you walk up to someone in a real position of power you'd like to network with he'll sense you're an idiot in a heartbeat. |
I speak well @Zenland.
Im just so far removed from academia that I careless about grammar in an informal setting. Key word ..informal However when I email my boss I make sure the correspondence is legit |

I want you to feel dumb, because you feel you're greatness. You're comparing yourself to some guy who is good at text battling on the internet. Then sigh and say "im so good at this ugh at 15" when you know what this site has to offer. |
Welp, there goes the bb is dullboy argument
|
lol kewl response beyond but .. in muffs response and in ur original point brought up..just bcz u get ahead in life financially, still doesnt make u intelligent. and i guess u can call it a 'type' of intelligence but it depends on how you look at it, a lot of deception and stuff is used to move ahead, but ppl consider this noble/smart, but is it respectable? if you cheat in a game, is it respectable, even if you win? food 4 thought. some ppl rather have dignity than 100 acres, but then again, everyones different
