It keeps the forum more active and ppl are more motivated when they get more feedback

Especially important as the number of participants goes down each round

Only problem I have with it is, if you make a certain number mandatory that means there has to be a punishment.

And in a big tournament, well, the biggest tournament I don't want to have to decide the outcome of a battle with say... a voting deduction.
