Engine barely, barely cranked. I'm at 135K, haven't actively checked it since 121K

Dodge Stealths (last car) get leaky caps and short everything, I don't think VWs have that problem in general (Stealth/ 3KGT specific) but ECUs DO have thr potential to fail
