Yo, yo yo mammas so fat. crowd: "HOW FAT IS SHE!!!!!!!!" SHES SO FAT SHE BOYCOTTED AN ITUNES APP CAUSE IT SUPPORTS APPLES

This joke was funny, and I had never heard it before. Your mom is so fat she bought enough iTunes applications to bake an Apple pie.

Ground is flickering. Dust. I'm Nicolaus the physicist, conducting experiments. Now down is withering up. I'm sick. Like a crowd with syphilis. In the smallest housing predicaments. I study so much my mouse blistering. I browse more history than DOW JONES.

It's very difficult to start a verse without a beginning, and I think this section was a bit below what came after it. I wondered if "Nicolaus the physicist" might have connected with the ground turning to dust, but I couldn't draw any linear connections.

Listen honey, see where tippin' that cow goes. Twist a spears tip end. I'm coughing up, a sorta queer linen. Vodka drunk. Call the cops. Cops are called. I'll cop a feel on her jugs til she tells me I have to right to remain science. Then shoot a tri-laser away and degrade eyelids. I'm a true raper. The two-faced two-timing strange tyrant. Who's fascinated by when wiper of blades make triangles. On windshields. I'm totally naked in negative wind chill.
|
I liked this. It was very sexually charged, like you. The juxtaposition of the short sentences with the long one is very much you in your element. "I'm a true raper" worked because of the raper/rapper wordplay, even if the word is "rapist."
Quote:
MY factions wittier. I'm so belligerent. I'd eat a ***tus, and use the pricks to become carnivorous.

It's evolution! This is a great line, very clever. Also, my local taco place serves a ***tus taco. I haven't tried it yet but plan to soon. Supposedly, it's good.
Quote:
Half my linear thought is about a thousand times more sinister than the most wickedest Saw flick. My deliverance is ancient. Lift a leg up, I'm paging ground control to major tom. Setting off a station bomb, in the Caymans, on an agent bond/Jason saw/Satan/God pagan cross. It's contagious, cough. Caucasian, dark, haired abrasive tall guy with a persuasive nod. Held a Jamaican broad hostage until the cops gave applause. I'm crazy. I'm the opposite of insane islam. I say salam, until someone pays rewards, and gets me an escape Accord faster than McLaren's top speed. Hey, a Nazi.
|
This section was ineffable. This is why people like your writing. The rhymes were absurd, the connections were loose but fluid and the humor was strong. I wanted it to continue off "Hey, a Nazi," but for the purposes of a cypher, it made sense to not kill all the rhyming options.
Is this supposed to be pronounced el-oh-el, or is it a laugh?
Quote:
I spit flow epithets. I’ve evidenced a cycle so menstrual, the subject of my sentences get period blood on the predicates.

This line didn't make much sense but sounded cool.
Quote:
Blitz clone. Resident evil. My arrogance is ten frames above your shit slow hesitance. The way my mouth shapes sound waves during prose. You would think the ground shakes when I flow. Abhorrent storm witch, lit a match and swallowed it whole. See, My conduits wholly.

This was a very good bragadocio section. It reminded me of something Apathy might use.
Quote:
I’m desperate woman when texting, fucking bananas. Your raps are bologna, going ham on a whole piece. The american hero, antecedent. Zero.

Was hero meant to be a double-entendre, also meaning sandwich? I liked this. All those things in this are about sandwiches, and I like sandwiches.

My connections like electrical circuit. Integrated measures of current. You couldn't engineer my immeasurable torrent. I’m three spell check edits certain of that.

This was a very fluid segment, and you stuck to one theme. And you mentioned me, so I liked that.
Quote:
Going third-person with personable action, turning you tender, purring felines vertebrae worthless. It’s vapid. The flexible serpent, with a warrant out for his arrest. Hissing venom to irregular when it lands you turn into rabbits. And that was a magic trick for the occurrence that happened
|
I'm not sure what "Hissing venom to irregular" means, but I liked the magic trick part of this. There were a lot of good sounds in this, but it never felt like the conclusion of a verse. Of course, that's part of the same issue that left the beginning not working, because these types of verses really can't come to a natural beginning or end. But even the lack of a period led me to believe there was more to be said, and given that this was from a cypher, there was more to be said.
Still, this was very fun to read.
