I do not believe time exists as defined. The connection science is trying to identify is consciousness itself.

"The future does not exist until we create it. We are the factor, the parameter that decides the outcome whether our conscious mind realises it or not."

Isaiah 46:10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure

Ecclesiastes 3:15 That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.

This is the secret to being properly aligned. God ended all this and then hit rewind, it is now playing.

You are not aware that this has already happened until now, even still, it is all still new, becuase for us as humans, we can only perceive the flow of time one way.

GOD is not bound to one time dimension. This has already happened, this is the secret of freewill vs determinism, this is the secret of the power of the Bible's prophecy. History written in advance.

bring on the haters. Deep in your soul you know this to be true.

I will await.

Fate is such a weak belief, it is basically saying 'I dunno why things happen, but I believe they happen for a reason'

Why?

There is no evidence to support that, fate is believed in for the same reason heaven is believed in, to give people comfort in the false belief that life is not in their control, that even if they fuck it up it's ok because that's all part of a bigger plan, their mistakes were supposed to happen...that's a dangerous and immature mindstate imo.

I dont want to steer this the religious way pls, although I do appreciate the post V. Guys dont make the thread about your religious beliefs. Topic is time, does it exist? And remembering the future.

Witty 12-10-2013 09:52 AM

I will respectfully leave this thread.

I am sorry for the role I played in sidetracking your discussion.

Sincerely,

Your Friendly Neighborhood Irishman.

jesus christ.

time, masaii, is a werd - wooord - which holds semantic value. tah-eye-ehm

it was introduced to classify experience into three main parts, obviously past, present, future

the mechanics behind how this dimension works - and the word time - are 2 different things for fuck sakes. time exists - yes, how it exists - debatable

kant thought time was a function of the animal brain, a framework of reality, a tool used to perceive change

Masaii 12-10-2013 10:02 AM

Time in this dimension isnt past present future though, everything acts within accordance of one another at that exact point in 'time'.

Quantum Theory: Take two particles, A and B (photons or electrons for example). Pair them, then separate them, and put them on either side of the planet. Stimulate particle A, and particle B will react without any time delay.

Moving faster than light? Not possible, wait, did science just contradict itself? Yes it did.

Ryan 12 12-10-2013 10:07 AM

ya wrong about time tho

yes i know abit about the microscopic world, and the anomalies of quantum mechanics. double slit experiments - the works

thing is you're confusing information for categorization
