It all depends on who you steal from and why, I don't have a problem with theft a lot of the time because quite often it is a victimless crime, it is still a crime though...no judge would go easy on you just because there was no victim. There are worse things people do, if a dude has to steal food to provide for his family I think that is a problem with government rather than a problem with that person's morality.
