Its more of a tradition then anything

Most normal.kids just get a beater

Besides....u need a car.to get to work

Its positive reinforcement pushing towards instilling responsibilities while also lightening the burden of having to taxi them around urself.

Id also like to say i hate people that have no kids and preach about how theyre gonna be a hard ass to their kids an this an that. Stfu.

I agree that the beater is fine so they get can themself to work to get a better vehicle its a good premise, I was more talking about kids that get brand new cars, it sickens me.

Im not going to be a hardass on my children, I will give them knowledge and wisdom and mold them into great men/women, instill with them values and morales that seem to be lost in todays society. Im not trying to have children then buy them an xbox and use it as a babysitter. I wanna be running around kicking a ball with them etc.
