A. if you run .. it aint like the WARRANT or VoP is going to disappear .. its not like they get tired & give up ...

I already served time, and been on probation for like over 2 years wo a violation

I get arrested for a bs charge that gets dropped in court

Yet I still have to serve 4 the violation

Does that make sense?

I'm simply running from a violation bc a. Charge that there was not enough evidence to prosecute

I catch a VoP over bs, and have to wait our 30 days to see a judge, at which point they can re-peal the original decision on my first arrest

It doesn't make sense, but it makes less sense to run from it and aggravate your already tarnished record
