they're harder - isolate the traps and lats more - narrow or widen or grip though you should be able to do a few. i exclusively do pull ups/chin ups make my biceps too big.

Oh, this sounds humiliating and fun! Let me try! Can't even remember last time I tried, haha. And I just woke up after sleeping for 14 hours, I'm still yawning though.

Surprised, thought I'd stop at 2 or 3. Ended up on 11. Need to get back in shape and start working out again.

i've always stopped at 20 bc that was a number in a PT routine to hit. but yeah, 20 consistently.

About 9-10.

I could knock out about 65-75 dips on a good day though.

Most peoples push / pull ratio favors the push. The pull is primal strength inherited from our primal cousins, the push is manifested from the solars plex
