I really don't want to get in an argument...but I would like to say that I think leg presses can build muscle as a supplement to squats. I mean, you won't meet one top level bodybuilder who doesn't leg press.... and also squat. Right? |
Leg presses are not useless because they apparently have value in rehabilitation. Things that are useless do not have value. And quit naming-calling. It's not becoming.
