No, dickface, it wasn't. This thread is about lifting heavy and you mentioned your fucking leg presses. Leg presses are horrendous for building muscle, hence my comment.

I really don't want to get in an argument...but I would like to say that I think leg presses can build muscle as a supplement to squats. I mean, you won't meet one top level bodybuilder who doesn't leg press.... and also squat. Right?
