25 - 50,000 really isn't that much. It's definitely not enough to start up most small businesses. There are some with low overheads though e.g. a Karate School or something in computers that might be feasible with that kind of capital

I'd just put it all towards school and major in Engineering/Physics/Some other Science based hard major

realistically speaking though, I'd probably spend 3-5k on studio equipment against my better judgment
