Yall have no idea ... gained weight easy when the wife was pregnant then had acl surgery less then 6 weeks after my daughter was born .. yesterday marked a year since surgery and I've lost 40+ lbs since my 3 month post op appt

Funny part is all the super fat obese punches worked better when I was inactive on the sites ... tis all good though ill prob be overweight according to a basic bmi chart till I die

When I was 6 foot 198 lbs of solid lean muscle my bmi was 27 which is overweight by their chart ... I was told to lose 18lbs when I didn't have 18lbs to lose .. bmi charts are bullshit

Seriously, your can have like 5 percent body fat and have the rest of your weight in straight cut muscle, and still be considered over weight.

Well, that's an entirely different conversation. We don't have a Chipotle in Fargo. I actually drove four hours to Minneapolis one day during a hangover just to get it. It's my favorite food, no decision.
