I don't think I've ever had a mcflurry in my life tbh ... I've suffered the wrath of the lactose god from a shamrock shake or two though

Can't really fuck with dairy based products and the alternatives are pretty disgusting if you ask

I will however suffer for two things ... the aforementioned shamrock shake and a nice semi brittle new york extra sharp cheddar cheese

but lactose milk ain't that bad n almond milk is great imo
