I grew up in nyc.. lived until 20s, still go back to visit.

Not even sure someone would consider where I live suburbs now, just a college town not even on the outskirts of a large city.

People don't understand that MUCH more crime happens in the burbs, and a white kid that wants to be hard is much more dangerous than a hood nigga

I live in mid Michigan.. a few miles from a Rez.

Mt pleasant mi... almost no blacks, no other race to speak of probably 80% white, lower middle class or regular middle class depending on your definition of it.

College town. 10 minutes from the Rez, everyone hates the Indians because a good portion of them get something called a Per Cap check, I don’t know the technical term for it. Basically if you can prove a certain lineage to the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe you get like 5-6k a month or so until you die garaunteed. Or until the casino money dries up... but let’s face it that will never happen... so for life. That money of course coming from the huge casino that’s here.

So you just hear random white people almost daily in stores going, well I’m going to give my money to the Indians etc. Meaning going to the casino.

Michigan is basically Canada anyway

Never been to Canada... but yeah from mid Michigan where I’m at on up.... would say it’s basically canada... slightly south of here not so much
